Wednesday Night Studies—Wednesday, May 31stbeginning at 6:30pm in the fellowship hall. Please consider deepening your understanding of the early church by joining the Wednesday night Bible study of the book of Acts.  At the end of the gospel accounts, the finished work of Christ is complete.  We add nothing to salvation as it is a free gift from a gracious God.  At the same time, Jesus is continuing His work of building His church—and we get the enormous privilege of being part of it.  Rightly understanding how He was building it at the start frames well the rest of the New Testament epistles and provides clear direction for our work today.                        Pastor Mark:  419-630-7049,

Abide Ladies Ministry Bible Study— A NEW study will begin on Thursday, June 1st 9:30-11:00am and Monday, June 5th 6:30-8:00pm, and then meeting every other week.  These are the exact same lessons but two times to choose from.  This summer we will be studying about God’s grace.  We will be using the book “Transforming Grace” by Jerry Bridges to help us learn and understand more about God’s grace and how we can rightly walk in freedom because of it. As Christians we are saved by grace. We understand the saving part of grace but how are we, day by day living by His grace instead of “performing” to remain in His grace?                                                   Renee Pitman: (419) 630-0028,

Men’s Ministry—The next Men’s gathering is Saturday, June 10th beginning at 6:00am.

Congregational Business Meeting—There will be a business meeting on June 11th following the morning service.  This meeting will be to affirm new members, discuss missionary support and give you an update on our building project and budget.

Encouragement Cards—Do you know someone that could use some encouragement? Write them a heartfelt note on the encouragement cards in your pew. Thoughtful, encouraging words and knowing someone is praying for them can go a long way when someone is going through a rough time.
